Rates & Guest Information

Rates include 2 adults and up to 6 children (17 and under).

-Max of 4 adults per site 

Additional Guests:

-Extra campsite guests: $10 per person per night (maximum 4 adults per site)

-Extra cabin guests: $20 per person per night (maximum 4 adults per cabin)

-All additional guests must be approved by the office prior to arrival

Vehicles

Each site includes:

-1 camper

-1 vehicle (car pass must be displayed at all times)

Additional vehicles, boats, UTV’s or trailers: $5 per day 

-May need to park in designated parking areas

All visitors must:

-Register at the office

-Obtain and display a vehicle pass

Visitor Passes:

(Valid until 10:00 PM)

$5 per adult — Day pass

$10 per adult — Overnight pass for campsite guest

$20 per adult — Overnight pass for cabin guest

Children 17 and under — Free with adult

Tents on RV Sites:

-Tents placed on an occupied RV site will be charged $30 per night (only certain sites allow for this). 

-Cannot be placed on grass, must be on gravel RV pad. 

Reservation Changes:

-Reservation changes are subject to a $25 administrative fee.

Minimum Stays:

-2 night minimum stay

-1 night stays allowed only if filling a gap between reservations

(reservation system will allow if available)

-3 night minimum during holidays and Apple Fest

Age Requirements:

-21 years old to reserve a campsite

-25 years old to reserve a cabin

Check-In & Check-Out

The campground office is closed daily from 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM for staff lunch break.

Campsites:

-Check-in: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

-Check-out: 11:00 AM

(Guests do not need to check out at the office when leaving).

Late arrival:

-After 6:00 PM: $50 late check-in fee if prior approval is not obtained

-No arrivals after 8:00 PM or after sunset (whichever comes first)

-This policy helps maintain safety and prevents evening disturbances for other campers.

Cabin Guests:

-Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

-Check-out: 10:00 AM

-Cabin guests must check out at the office and return keys.

Early departures before 9:00 AM:

-Leave key in the firewood/ice drop box

-Text the office: 715-779-5524

Late arrival policies:

-After 6:00 PM without approval: $50 fee

-No check-ins after 8:00 PM

Cabin Fees:

-Lost key/lock fee: $25

-Missing dishes, utensils, or kitchen items: $10 per item

-Excessive cleaning/ garbage will incur an additional cleaning fee (Minimum $100) 

Payment:

-All reservations are paid in full at the time of booking.

-Processing fees are non-refundable.

Travel Protection:

-Travel protection is non-refundable and managed by a third-party provider

(please use the link in your confirmation email to file a claim).

Reservation Changes & Shortened Stays

Removing nights from a reservation is considered a partial cancellation. 

Must be provided in writing to aiacamping@gmail.com.

Campsite removal of nights:

31+ days before arrival - 75% refund of the nightly rate OR a $25 modification fee per change (whichever is greater).

8-30 days before arrival - 50% refund of the nightly rate.

7 days or less before arrival - No refund

*Removing multiple nights that results in a stay shorter than originally booked may require relocation to a different site if availability requires.

Cabin removal of nights:

61+ days before arrival - 75% refund of nightly rate

31-60 days before arrival - 50% refund of nightly rate

30 days or less before arrival - No refund

Modification Fee

All reservation changes are subject to a $25 administrative fee.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

-Reservations must maintain the required 2 night minimum stay (holidays & Apple Fest require a 3 night minimum stay). 

-If nights are removed that violate the minimum stay requirement, guests will be charged for the full minimum stay.

Early Departures

No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights after check-in.

Important Notes:

-No refunds for early departures

-We don’t charge extra for sunshine, so we don’t offer refunds for rain

-Guests who do not arrive on their first scheduled night must notify the office or the reservation will be forfeited

Refundable Items:

The following will be refunded if cancelled:

-Cleaning fees

-Retail items (firewood, ice, etc.)

Travel Protection:

-Travel protection is non-refundable and managed by a third-party provider

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and are strictly enforced.

During quiet hours:

-Quiet conversation and low music are permitted

-Please respect neighboring campers

-Violations may result in immediate removal from the campground without refund.

Zero Tolerance Rule: Drug use, drunken or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and police will be notified.

Pets

Pet fee: $3 per pet per night

Rules:

-Maximum 2 pets per RV

-No pets allowed with tent camping

-Pets must be leashed and attended at all times

-Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately

Barking dogs or aggressive pets will be required to leave the campground immediately with no refund.

Pets that have ever shown aggressive behavior toward humans or animals are not permitted.

Owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior at all times.

ATV / UTV Use

ATVs and UTVs may only be used to access trail systems, no other riding within campground (campsite to trail only). 

Requirements:

-Proof of insurance required (must be emailed to aiacamping@gmail.com)

-Must be 16 years of age with valid drivers license 

-Speed limit: 5 MPH

Golf carts are not permitted within the campground.

No gas powered (non trail registered) vehicles allowed. Example: mini bikes, 4 wheeler, non license mopeds.

E-Bike Use

E-Bike & Electric Rideable Policy

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the use of electric bicycles (e-bikes), electric scooters, and other motorized rideable devices within the campground is subject to the following rules:

Speed Limit

-All e-bikes and other motorized rideables must operate at a maximum speed of 5 mph (walking speed) within the campground at all times.

Age & Supervision

-Riders under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian while operating an e-bike or electric rideable device.

Safe Operation

-Reckless riding, racing, wheelies, weaving through pedestrians, or operating in a manner that endangers others is strictly prohibited.

Designated Areas Only

-E-bikes and electric rideables are not permitted in playground areas, bathhouse areas, or other high-pedestrian zones.

Quiet Hours

-Use of e-bikes and motorized rideables is not permitted during campground quiet hours.

Enforcement

-Campground management reserves the right to restrict or revoke the use of e-bikes and other motorized rideables for any guest who violates these rules.

Generators

Generators may not be used during quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM). Any generator use must be approved by office.

RV Washing / Fresh Water Fill

-No RV washing.

-No filling of fresh water tanks or black tank flushing within sites 60-101 (this will deplete our well capacity and leave the campground without water). 

Firewood

🚫 No outside firewood permitted.

This policy helps protect our trees from invasive pests and diseases.

Firewood is available for purchase at the camp store.

Fireworks

Fireworks and floating lanterns are not permitted.

Fire Rings & Picnic Tables

-No moving of fire rings.

-If picnic tables are moved, they must be placed back in their original location upon departure. 

-Camp fires must be extinguished if unattended. 

-No grilling on picnic table tops 

Enforcement of Policies

Guests who violate campground policies may be required to leave immediately without refund.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and behavior of their children.

The campground reserves the right to:

Refuse service to anyone for any reason 

Change or reassign campsites or cabins if necessary

Notice of Limitation of Liability

TO INDIVIDUALS CONSIDERING PARTICIPATING IN CAMPING

Camping is a lot of fun. It offers the chance to get outdoors, experience fresh air and play in open spaces. We are proud of our campground. We have worked hard to make a quality experience available to our guests.

However, we need to inform our guests that there are risks in camping. The experiences and attractions which make camping enjoyable bring with them an element of hazard. We have always found the rewards, emotional and recreational, far outweigh the risks. We believe that training, patience and prudence avoid almost all problems. We do want to be sure all of our guests are aware of the risks posed by camping-related activities.

Where nature, outdoors and camping activities are involved, it is possible to manage and reduce the risk of injury. It is not possible to eliminate risk. For that reason, the State of Wisconsin has adopted laws which limit the liability of businesses like our campground. We are not liable for injuries and damages which result from the inherent risks of camping. We want to be sure our customers are aware of those laws. Customers should not participate in our recreational activities if they are uncomfortable with the limitations on our liability resulting from the law.
